Terms of use

The PharmaStore pharmacy network always considers customer convenience and sells its products online. Products purchased on our website can be paid for in cash or with any type of plastic card.

Rules and conditions

When making an online payment on pharmonline.az, users are required to enter 3 key pieces of information from any type of plastic card: • The 16-digit number on the card • The expiry date in the lower corner of the card (month/year) • The 3-digit CVC code on the back of the card Card details entered by the user on pharmonline.az are considered confidential. Full confidentiality and security of transactions is guaranteed.

Return and cancellation rules

• Payments are not processed if there are errors in the card details. • If the cardholder is charged an amount exceeding the product's sale price, Customer Service takes prompt action to refund the overpaid amount. • Upon successful payment, the user is notified via an on-site notification.

1. General terms

1.1. pharmonline.az provides system users with a wide range of services, including information on product availability across pharmacy networks, search tools, ordering, and delivery. 1.2. Use of pharmonline.az services is governed by this agreement. A new version of the agreement takes effect from the moment it is published online. 1.3. A user who begins using any service of the system is deemed to have fully accepted the terms of the agreement.

2. User registration and account

2.1. To use the services, the user must complete the registration procedure. Users may only register using a mobile number from an operator of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 2.2. During registration, the user undertakes to provide valid and complete information. 2.4. During registration, a one-time password is sent to the phone number via SMS notification. 2.5. The user is responsible for the security of their chosen password. 2.9. The user consents to the processing and storage of their personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

3. Terms of use of system services

3.1. The user is responsible for their actions while using the service, including actions that violate the rights of third parties. 3.2. The user does not have the right to: impersonate another person; collect other users' data without permission; disrupt the normal operation of the system; act in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 3.3.2. Prescription medicines are determined in the appropriate manner. Online sales of narcotic, psychotropic, and potent substances are not carried out.

4. Payment terms

4.1. All payments are made in advance, in cash or non-cash form, in AZN, via the Azericard payment system. 4.2. For non-cash payments, card details entered are processed directly on the processing center's page and are not stored within the pharmonline.az system.

5. Terms of product returns

5.1. Bank fees related to the return of products purchased online will be deducted from the user. 5.3. Online payments will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days. 5.4. Products requiring special storage conditions (baby food, medicines) and hygiene products are not returnable.

9. Other provisions

9.1. This Agreement is an agreement between the user and pharmonline.az regarding the terms of use of the services. 9.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
